Franchised Food Company Privacy Statement
The Franchised Food Company Pty Ltd and/or their associates, complies with the National Privacy Principles of the Privacy Act 1998. It takes Privacy seriously and any information that is collected is managed responsibly.
Employees
All employment applications received by Franchised Food Company Pty Ltd, and/or their associates (FFCo), are only used for the express purpose of indicating the suitability for positions available. All employment applications are kept on file for up to 3 months and then destroyed. If an application is successful personal details are considered employee records. FFCo will only ever disclose this information when required by law to authorized government agencies or as specifically directed by the employee.
Franchisees
Franchised Food Company and/or their associates (FFCo), collect personal and sensitive information as part of the application and discovery process of becoming a franchisee. Written consent is requested from all applicants for FFCo to verify the accuracy of the information. In order to assess suitability, applicants agree that FFCo may disclose information to any third party. If the application is successful all personal information will be kept as part of the ongoing franchisee records. If an application is unsuccessful all information provided to FFCo will be destroyed.
Disclosure of information
Franchised Food Company Pty Ltd and/or their associates, take all reasonable precautions to ensure all information provided is kept confidential. Save for as disclosed in this section, all personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent in accordance with the Privacy Act 1998.
Terms of E-Mail Use Disclaimer
Email messages sent from @ffco.com.au and any related attachments are confidential and should only be read by those persons to whom they were addressed. If an email is sent to persons who are not the intended recipient, any use of this information is strictly prohibited. Please email the sender and delete the message and any attachments. Views expressed in messages are the views of the sender alone and are not necessarily the views of Franchised Food Company Pty Ltd and/or their associates (FFCo), except where the message expressly states otherwise. Any advice or notification contained here should be treated as preliminary only and subject to formal written confirmation.
